We’re happy to help with purchases, saved builds, or anything else in Magnetiles.
Purchases
- All purchases are one-time purchases managed by Apple on iOS or Google Play on Android.
- Use Restore Purchases in the Parent Area after reinstalling the app or moving to another device using the same Apple Account or Google Account.
- Magnetiles contains no advertising; no separate ad-removal purchase is needed.
Saved builds
Parents can open the Parent Area to edit or delete saved kid builds. A saved build can be reopened and finished later.

For help, open a private-data-free support request. Please do not include a child’s name, photo, store receipt, password, or other personal information.
